About SCC (Southern Comfort Campground)

JIm and Vaughn are the proud owners of Southern Comfort Campground!! We strive to make Southern Comfort Campground a nice relaxing campground to come kick back, relax and have a good time!! We purchased the campground on June 1st, 2009 and have made many improvements to the campground since we have bought it, we have fenced in the whole property with privacy fence and installed a keypad gated entrance. We have installed an awesome inground swimming pool (clothing optional)!!!  We have 50 sites here at Southern Comfort Campground 40 of which are RV Sites and 10 of which are tent sites.  We also have an awesome bar called The Cruise Bar which has free wifi, free pool table, DJ dancing & FREE beer on weekends,  karaoke on various weekends, & we have our pot-luck dinners here every Sat at 5pm, & gay bingo every friday at 8pm, & Movie Night every Thur at 9pm, etc.

SCC has a bon-fire every Sunday at 9pm!! 

SCC has great sites for the fulltime RV!!!! We have a on-site laundry room for your convience!!!

We are in Cross City, FL.  Southern Comfort Campground is on US 19 just 2  miles south of Cross City, very easy to find, our campground is easy in - easy out for those big rigs, no trees to hit or scrape up your RV!!!

Southern Comfort Campground is not to far from Chiefland, Old Town, Suwanee, Horseshoe Beach, Steinhatchee, and a short drive to Cedar Key.
